Knarsdale
The Sporting Rights at Knarsdale over 10,163 acres on a 999-year lease for a premium. This area has produced a ten-year average bag of 1,489 brace, with a five-year average of 2,191.
The freehold of two tenanted farms extending to 2,909 acres, most of which form part of the sporting rights area. These farms produce an annual rent of £12,000 and are both signed up to various ESA and CSS agreements.
The freehold of the Shooting Lodge at Burnstones and two Keepers' Cottages.
The assignment of a ten-year lease adjacent to Hartleyburn Common extending to 295 acres.
Asholme
A fifteen year lease of the Sporting Rights over Asholme, including one Keeper's Cottage. These rights cover an area of 3,835 acres and have a ten-year average of 511 brace and a five-year average of 676 brace.
Possession of the Sporting Rights and associated properties will be available from February 2003.
