Jonathan Kennedy BSc FRICS
As the original "K" in CKD, Jonathan has proved a powerhouse in the rural property industry. He was recently described as "the most sought-after land agent in the country", but is careful to clarify that accolade: "I am not a land agent in anything like the traditional sense of the word. My skills lie more in activating and effecting change. I focus on identifying and understanding those people who are active in the market place, principally for rural and sporting property." Jonathan is well known in the shooting world and is a keen shot. He believes that CKD can really help their clients with knowledge and skill beyond the reach of their competitors and says, "Clients are sometimes reluctant to make a strategic change. However when changes are made for the right reasons and in the right way the results we can achieve are astonishing."

Andrew Macpherson FRICS
Andrew was recently described by the senior partner of a leading national competitor as "probably the most perceptive agent of his generation". Andrew is renowned for being a lateral thinker and approaching a problem from several different angles before deciding on the best course of action. He is a "master dealer" who can effect a sale or purchase even in the most unpromising situations. His clients have huge respect for the way he can maximise their position. Dick Murphy ARICS
Dick is a Director of CKD Kennedy Macpherson, based in the North of England. He works closely with the London office in the selling and purchasing of rural properties throughout the country. Dick is also responsible for the management of a number of sporting estates in the North of England and the Borders of Scotland and says, "I feel there is a great advantage in being based in the North, as it ensures that I am always in tune with what is happening in this unique market.
